Yes please.

Just hope his wages may not be out of our budget for individuals.

Could it be that DA had an inkling that?Sam could be available hence his decision to release Taylor.

Sam was on over £3K at Carlisle, can't see him dropping £2.5K to go to non League

Tom was released in 2016 due to cash flow problems. Wonder who was the owner at that time???

He wasn't released at all. PNE agreed to a cut price deal that pretty much saved this club from out of business. Lemos was the "owner" wasn't he?

I believe so! Pretty sure he'd done a runner by that point but was still 'owner'.

On Lavelle, he won't get the money he was on at Carlisle but will still probably command a good wage in L2. We're not getting him unless the takeover basically happens now (ha!) and it turns out Panjab have loads to chuck about immediately.

I think *TECHNICALLY*, he was "released". As I recall, the EFL & FA agreed to the deal, where he was "released", then signed by PNE, in exchange for a 'donation', which as you say, saved us from going under. But it was outside of the transfer window. Releasing him allowed PNE to sign him as a 'free agent'.

At least, that's how I remember it.

His contract with us was "cancelled" in November 2016, and he signed a 'pre-contract' with PNE, allowing him to train with them until January 1st 2017, when he could play. That enabled us to have the 'compensation', because he was under 24 years of age, in November, rather than go bust before the January. Had we managed to stagger through to January, we'd probably have got a better deal, but in reality, we'd have failed to pay wages again, and had points deductions. Or worse.

wished Robbo had gave Ayunga a 2yr deal, instead of Obika.

so when Stockton went on strike in our 2nd season in L1, Ayunga could of played C/F and we might of stayed up.

i rated Ayunga, but was often played out of position, he was awesome when we beat Blackburn away.
