where are we up too

where are we up too

Postby dazza » Tue Mar 11, 2025 1:46 pm

so where are we up to

where are the updates (monthly ) from the club

where are the updates from the trust re the agreement with jason about him giving them regular / weekly updates ?

jason said in January that the efl had a lot to do with player registrations / transfers so were busy and mfc is not there only club to look after , ok we are well on from there,so where are we up to with what momi had to disclose to them , i believe jason said as far as he knew momi had now furnished the fa with that ??

why cant a senior board member ie either vice chairman contact the efl and ask , is everything submitted and what stage is the process at ? then give a honest update

The Trust put out the minutes of their meeting with the Board a couple of weeks back.
I think that it had an update on that, of there is nothing to report.

The Monthly Chairs update, from the Trust, should be due out any time soon.

If only the Board or Jason was as good at communicating....

And as if by magic the Chairs latest message is published.
Another very detailed one at that.

Interesting to hear that a new potential new buyer has approached Jason...

And it's exactly the same as the previous month.
Club should stop saying he wants to sell because they literally have someone wanting to buy but he insists on waiting for Kuljeet

And Jason refers to further papers being lodged with the EFL....how many lots is that? 3 or4? Surely by now they have been made fully aware exactly what is required! However, as you say a potential new buyer is interesting....if true!

and no doubt the new buyer will be all the talk when the early bird season tickets are put on sale.

i just hope the “not a penny more campaign” still hold its ground.

If the new buyer is real just hope they are interested in the club and maybe are local

Funny how there's a new buyer emerged days after the
The1920Union
announce a NAPM campaign. We've seen these kind of tactics from Jason for the past 18 months where seemingly good news appears just as the fanbase
Begins ramping up protest activities. (Taken from x)

Yet another submission by Panjab W, will it be enough? (why wasn’t the second lot of papers enough?). If it isn’t give the other people a chance and pull the Plug on Panjab W.

It’s baffling how the EFL give unlimited time to prospective buyers. What are their advisers telling them they need?

If they were fit and proper people why wasn’t it sorted before now? If it is finally accepted, I wounded why another prospective buyer has come forward now in this late stage? Is it someone who has been Intrested before and revised their bid?

Come on a Jason it wants sorting out before the early bird season tickets come out.

He's at it yet again. Bluffing his way into giving us yet another false dawn by saying there is another party interested.

It's an all too common theme that diverts attention away from him whilst fans cling onto the hope of a new dawn.

Out and outbullshit yet again.

Howmany more times do we have yet another false dawn.??

Maybe the new bidder lives in the White House... but will withdraw his bid by the weekend which will be true to current form.

Just a pity Tyson will not give the club some of his pocket money for the club itself to buy back the club from bugger lugs and then themselves seek an investor who is more than willing to take on the club free of debt and more importantly at a cost that is within the means of a local consortium.

What needs to happen is the Trust should meet with them.
After conversation they could come out and push for the new interested party or not.
I think if would add weight to the EFL fit and proper test.

Sensible idea Hodgie. The only snag with that is that the trust cannot delve into the 'new interested party's' financial position and if it all went wrong fans would blame the Trust. No harm in trying to make contact though.

Your right redrobo, it is a great shame. I remember when the VVV gym shutdown, I believe he was interested in buying it, (he lived across the road), and he sent his advisors to look into it and was advised not to buy it.

I do believe he loves living in Morecambe but I don’t think he’s a fool just because he’s earned a very large some of money. When I say a fool I think it’s in terms of a return, though, allegedly, Jason does Ok

Maybe he did look into it! but I think he withdrew nearly straight after mentioning it in an interview. He has put money into the club through sponsorship and he did hold a press conference at the Mazuma.

Would he ever change his mind? Well that’s a big question, isn’t it.

Totally agree......BUT with bugger lug's record of saying one thing to please the BoDs and fans and actually believing in what he says is the big question.

Surely after all the hype and false dawns we should take this latest pronouncement with a huge amount of scepticism HOWEVER Jason (if you read this) divulge the parties name and let us aid you in achieving a sale that you claim you want.....surely to have the fans backing would be an achievement in itself and would in my way of thinking go a long way in convincing this latest interest to be successful knowing that he (or they) have the backing of the fans and the BoDs.

Better to have the fans ( and in particular the Trust who would I'm sure be more than willing to get involved) on your side on this occasion than to question your sincerity yet again...... :?: :?: :?:

Oh, I don't think there is any questioning left. Surely everyone knows if Whittingham says it, it is BS... ...without question.

So how did that work out then?
