Same old story. Another 1-0 loss. So depressing...we need to be winning 1-0...

Still in bottom 2 played more games than most now. Must beat Walsall on Saturday.

Can't dispute the effort from the lads in the second half but we have to remember Doncaster are one of the top teams in the League. Another one coming up on Saturday where we can expect the same result I'm afraid. We've left ourselves too much to do. We need to win every game against our rivals at the bottom and pick up a few more points elsewhere.

Impossible to put into words how much this evening has depressed me, spectacularly poor. There were literally zero grounds for optimism. Not sure I can endure any more games this season, maybe time to stop following league two.

Woeful inept display, very little skill, kept knocking a long ball down the middle for dockers to mistimed his jump, We are next to bottom for a reason ,only too plain to see on tonight's display

What a miserable defeat.

Worst referee I’ve seen this season for giving the opposition every decision. I thought there should have been an extra 2 minutes on the added time but he only played an extra 12 seconds.

Doncaster looked amazing for 5 minutes and defended well but were very ordinary apart from that. I haven’t seen a single opposition team who have impressed me this season - but despite how poor the division is, we still can’t win.

We hardly won any second balls - all game long it just seemed to fall to a Doncaster player.

We had virtually 40 minutes of continuous pressure against 10 men and we still couldn’t score, so we only have ourselves to blame.

All too often we find ourselves in a?position to take a shot but either take a touch too many or choose to play a pass to a team mate.

Last night Tutunda got himself in an excellent position to go for goal but took one too many touches and lost the opportunity.

Doncaster are a good side, and were quite clearly out to prove a point last night after a couple of straight losses. They started excellently and we really struggled to live with them. Ultimately a bit fortunate to just be 1-0 down.

Despite Doncaster being good and defending very well, I think there were a few things we could have done better. Tactically I think it was off last night. The three CF chaos-ball we deployed against Fleetwood was fine against a weaker team, but against a more competent outfit it was just far too predictable and didn't really stretch them at all. Really feels like we're wasting players like Dallas and Garner having them stretch themselves to play-make from deeper or drop back to defend as much as they do - ultimately just hampers their ability to make an impact in the final third. Also generally left us a bit light in midfield - Lewis and Macadam were massively stretched and Cooke struggled to get into the game as much as he has done.

Not sure why subs weren't used more readily - especially when Doncaster went down to 10. We needed players who could exploit the space they would inevitably leave out wide/in midfield - would have been perfect for Adam Lewis to come on and hit crosses from that slightly deeper wide position.

Particularly against decent sides, we'll need to line-up with a lot more structure/better coverage of the pitch. I think I'd be leaning towards 3-4-1-2, Cooke in the 10 behind Angol and Dallas.

I'd like to see Adam Lewis and Dackers on the pitch together, so either both come on as subs, or both start. I like Tutonda, but, A. Lewis is a better crosser of the ball. Having a weaker crosser, with our tallest player doesn't work. Starting with Angol, Dallas & Garner, with Tutonda at the back, then when defences have been beaten up a bit, bring Lewis & Dackers on would be my preference. Dackers really put in a shift last night and was in a physical battle the entire time. That said, he really needs to learn how to get some power behind his shots!

Subs stood around uninterested for 10 minutes down by the corner flag chatting away, if I saw them did Derek? and did he think, their not Intrested? Otherwise he was caught in the headlights of indecision or he thought we were well on top and a goal (  ), was coming.
Doncaster far to good first 20 mins, we were well second best and Doncaster should have been winning 3-4 - nil. We slowly got in the game, and Fominated while they were down to 10 men, but same old same old, not got anything in front of goal, so 1-0 loss.
