Just watched his interview on the Bbc website and it's one of the best interviews I've ever seen

He comes across as a decent guy and he's a good player to go with it

One of our signings that I wasn’t sure about but seems to have caught the eye a bit recently.

100% in agreement BUT also DA's interview is for me one of if not his best interviews to date.

Long may they BOTH continue to represent OUR club.... :D :D :D

He's really helping our midfield tick. Three league win (and a win in the FA Cup) since he's been back from injury and in the side. Great energy/tenacity and defensive work, and pretty handy on the ball too.

Really great to have him in the side, and it's good to see that the support this season is having a positive impact on the players.

Derek, without mentioning names, referred to players 'brought in by other managers' not having the right attitude to progress but rather take the easy way out. Maybe that answers the question a lot of people on here have been asking.
He also said that money raised in the FA Cup will not necessarily find it's way into the January transfer window.

Unsure of a current squad member who wasn't signed by DA......most certainly Charlie Brown was one of DAs first signings......possibly Tutonda and Edwards.......by GB.....

Agree on all counts. I was actually going to mention Derek's interview as one to watch.

I have wondered whether young players are given media training, as most interviews are articulate and professional.

So how did that work out then?
