I wrote in a previous post about some gems in the National League that we should be looking at and although the above example is probably financially out of our budget, the fact he was at Chorley before a move to Southend suggests that if we had a good and proactive scouting network then players like him should be of interest.

Surely there are other just as talented players out there who would jump at the chance of playing at EFL level and given our record of developing players and improving their lot then Morecambe should be a highly attractive proposition.
