I’m praying for three points but it’s not the end of the world if we don’t get them …after all it’s just a game of FOOTBALL

Exactly! A few people have been saying it is a "must win" game, but that's a bit OTT, there is a long season left.

My first live game of the season and I wasn't too dispirited with what I saw. Yes the defence seems vulnerable defending set pieces and that, somehow needs addressing but we did create chances. Cole scored a very good goal and should have put another one away but we have to remember we were away to a very good League 1 team who looked threatening every time they came at us. I certainly thought up to their second goal we had matched them and were looking pretty good. After they scored the second we continued at show determination to attack which means we were a bit more open at the back but would we have been happy if we had gone into a more defensive mode and invited Oxford to come art us? If we had put away a couple of good chances we could have come away with a point which would have been a very good result against an in form Oxford team at their ground.

Impressed with Greg Leigh by the way. Also impressed with the support given by the travelling fans :D

Cooney was my MotM with Leigh a close second. Both of their forward play is excellent and Cooney's cross was perfect for Stockton.

But, perhaps that is part of the problem? Our defenders attack so much? Great to watch though!
