I thought the commentators for Sky Tv and in particular Lee Hendrie were terrible and in Hendrie's case so biased towards Newport that it was embarrassing at times having hardly a good word to say about our club.

I seem to recall his brother playing the odd game for us way back when....

Totally agree, RR. Hendrix game the impression that Morecambe were just there to make up the numbers

You wouldn't think his injured cousin was sat with our bench! Maybe he didn't want to be seen to be biased towards his cousin's team. Either way, it was truly disgraceful how biased he was. Nice to stuff it down his throat there at the end.

I thought David Prutton was his usual anti Morecambe self.

I have a recollection that he has predicted relegation for us on more than one occasion.

And the BBC North West Tonight was just about as bad. They referred to Morecambe winning with a "contentious" penalty. I bet if Man City had beaten Chelsea with a similar decision it wouldn't have been called contentious.

I didn't realize that our Stephen Hendrie was related...

I seem to recall another Hendrie once playing for us or am I misguided..... don't answer that...

Think it was Stuart Hendrie who we signed in 2010 and played only a handful of games.
