Football League Show

I see we're STILL the bridesmaid. Barely a mention tonight other than an almost begrudged reference as we ruined their planned party, having sent the cameras to Bolton. We go in to the last game of this season and still under the radar. Let's go full on Kevin Keegan!

So how did that work out then?

I thought the Bolton piece was very funny. They had put a whole package together to celebrate their promotion only for Exeter to go and spoil their plans.

That was a bit of poetic justice wasn't it! Hope our friends of old, the Creepies, can do us a favour next weekend. However a word of warning Crawley, a number of their fans appear to be planning trips to your ground (ala Morecambe last weekend). They really can't take defeat! Fighting amongst themselves at the end yesterday with at least one serious injury. Smashing their way into the ground and letting smoke bombs off. Some reports say they made it into the press room too.

Like I said in a previous thread in some respects it was a blessing in disguise that no fans were officially allowed into the ground for our game with them because it would undoubtedly have been silly both at the ground and around the town.
