When Jimbo had to go off for treatment, Sammy had a real go at Edgey as to say 'get him back on NOW'

Fortunately as physio Edgey won the day and it was all cuddles a few moments later when Jimbo returned to the action.

Showed the passion of the manager towards todays game and that Edgey sticks to his guns when it comes to injuries.

Certainly was a battle of wills with strong language and fierce facial expressions. The calm Edgey made the right decision, Sammy clearly remembered the time when we lost a goal with a player off injured.

I must say I was stunned by the way Sammy ranted at Dave, but as you say it was all hugs again a few minutes later..

Was admiring the docs needle work later, some very good cross stitch there! I'm damn sure if I'd just had stitches in my forehead I'd have avoided heading a ball for a while... like perhaps a fortnight!
