i was impressed with Turner , i think he really wanted to impress , he was everywhere and one of the only ones putting in good hard tackles.
Sad to see Baker go as he was on another planet at the start of the season, joy to watch him, feel tho if had stayed another 6 months and performed consistenly he may have higher clubs interested like before, but thats always a risk. he'll do well at stockport and with them signing Peter Thompson aswell , they could do surprisingly well.
Howe will be a good signing , can play on the wing and has lots of pace, which is just what we need, very good goalscoring record aswell, i think he'll score a lot for us :D

So how did that work out then?

I dont think we should be keeping players just for the sake of their upcoming testimonials, especially those that are embarrassingly out of their depth in League 2.

I disagree with that. I wouldn't say wayne's out of his depth in league two.

I think he's a good squad player, ok so he's not going to set a game on fire but he's good backup especially towards the back end of the season when knocks and injuries prevent others from playing.

We saw tonight how well he can do when brought on at half time, even in his un-natural left wing position.
