So, as Lord of the Manor, are you making sure RRW fulfils his pledge to the winner, Paul Mac, or does Philanderer have to pay as he has the baton in hand?

Marky, I never promised to fulfil any pledge. As I see it, it was your slopy shoulders (or Teflon suit, whevs) that landed me with this, while you voluntarily took up the baton when RRW dropped it. Make of that what you will, if RRW isn't going to do the deed (which I can't remember anyway, and which appears to have been lost in the mists of time, i.e. when the whole thing crashed). The other thing is, unless Little Shrimp or CC squeals, neither of whom can gain any benefit, and one of whom I don't know, even if he apparently knows who I am, then how are you going to find me? 8-)

As for you Black Morse, since it doesn't make a material difference to the winner, I'm not going to repost the table, but I'll amend it for the final game.

Cheers guys! Thanks for making sure it continued, it was fun (although more fun when I was winning!)

Yeah good competition lasting till the end!

However, thought a 2-1 prediction would have got 3 points ;) Thought it was 2 points for the result, 1 for home goals scored, 1 for away goals scored and a further 1 bonus for all 3 right... :geek:

Chris,

Just double checked, and you predicted Accy to win 2-1 and Bury to win 3-1. Both predictions wrong on that basis, so nul points I'm afraid. If I'm misreading your posts on the predictions thread by all means point out my error - I know I'm not perfect, that's why I double checked!

Do you ever give up, Chris?
You have just accepted the baton

I'd like to add my thanks to all those involved as well. It really added an extra dimension to the season and was great fun. Thank you.

I WOULD like to add my thank's, But as i've now got to spend the close season with Mrs.O telling me she knows more about football than me and my mate, I have a feeling its going to be a long one.

Did RRW ever buy Paul Mac a pint?

Phil, are you doing it again this season? I'll do a 'sticky' for the new season if you/someone is.
