Total lack of confidence throughout the team. Not sure sure why our approach never changes. Far too negative with the bat summed up by Ian Bells innings.

Absolutely right. Confidence completely shot. We need real leaders who can inspire at both captain and coach level. Don't know where they are coming from though.
