Match Programme for Tuesday's replay

Match Programme for Tuesday's replay

Postby slackAlice » Sat Nov 29, 2008 8:26 pm

Lets get down to the serious stuff now !

Are we going to have a completely new match programme [Vol 2 Issue 12] for Tuesday Sean ? or will we have to be satisfied with a reprint of todays match programme ?

Or is your head still spinning ?

Well as a member of the 'Programme Editor's Union' you should really have a fresh programme. Even if it is only an 8 or 16-pager. Sorry Ockers.

FWIW Sean, I agree. Why print another if we have some left over from today? Nothing is drastically going to change between now and Tuesday to warrant another one.

Sell the ones we have left over!

Great shame. It would have been nice to have had at a mini version, covering Saturday's game - reports, pics etc. Preview of the third round draw etc.

Tis a busy time I know as far as programme editing is concerned with an eye on the Christmas/New Year matches and shut down of printers (in our case for two weeks). I've got four on the go at the moment in various stages of preparation.

Keep up the good work Sean. It takes a lot longer than many people realise.

It was a 'tongue in cheek' comment Sean - I knew there wouldn't be a seperate programme !
My lad was chuffed to bits with the programmes - a big thank you ; but he's got a right cob on today because his matched was called off - frozen pitch

I agree there is not much time to do a new program and most of the stuff in it will be the same as saturday anyway
