Statistics

Interesting statistics :-

After 18 games last season we had lost 5 league games , we were out of the FA Cup and the League Cup but still in the JP Trophy.

After 18 games this season we have lost 6 league games , we are out of the League Cup and the JP Trophy but still in the FA Cup which is the most prestigious and lucrative.

Dagenham who are perceived to be having a much better season than us have lost 7 league matches and some teams are already in double figures of lost league games.

If we can just start turning the draws into wins our season will be transformed.

After 18 games last season we had 27 points and were just outside the play-offs. The Exeter City of last season?

League Two Table 2007/08

Intrestingly last night was our first away 0-0 regular seaon league draw since Feb 2006 against Halifax Town, almost three years ago. Only our second clean sheet this season. Our previos 0-0 league draw came in our very first football league game against Barnet I believe.

How about Oxford away in January 07?

Third clean sheet, after Shrewsbury and Aldershot. Still nothing to write home about though.
