I was worrying about this a couple of weeks ago. Rotherham will pass us soon regardless. Luton I believe did appeal and it was up-held so their points remain, although they were imposed by two different bodies (FA 20 points and Football League 10, or the other way around). So not sure if they have an appeal for the 10 points still pending. Bournemouth, I don't know. I *think* they don't have grounds for an appeal and I've not heard one being mentioned.

So how did that work out then?
