Andy Parrish. Has been in the shadow of players like Bents and Moose during his time with us but I've been watching him second half of this season and he's starting to assert himself a lot more.
Takes up the right positions, organises well and may be just the type to take Jim's attitude onto the pitch.

Right time, right man (unless Jim is thinking of bringing in a 'leader').
