shame you cocked that one up, and shame it comes from someone who's priorities last season were to leave the crewe game when we were 3-1 down only to miss the best comeback in the history of morecambe football club. oh dear indeed.

Shame that you cocked that post up, as I did see the best comeback in the history of Morecambe Football Club, but not from my usual perch in Block B but from alongside the former disabled stand. So I think you should get your facts right next time.......

Sounds like the 15 spectators were treated to an exciting game.

I wonder if anyone would come on here and admit they left the ground when we were 3-1 down last year v.Crewe! Actually, talking of one of the greatest ever games at Christie Park, can you believe that it's one year ago this weekend since that historic match??

Quite honestly with all that's been changing, it seems a lot longer ago than that!

A lot of people would have been tempted to mooch towards the exits if Roachy hadn't saved that penalty !!

We would still have won 5-4 if they had scored from that penalty such was the spirit in that Morecambe team. Could do with that spirit we have lost for the remaining games this season!

Wasn't it somebody's birthday?
Didn't they leave early to get ready to go out that night?
Didn't they find out about the comeback later?
Someone who has travelled the length and breadth of the country to watch Morecambe?

What a bugger!

And I agree with Marky, it feels like a lot longer ago since that match!

So how did that work out then?

My maths is terrible but according to the stats Wrexham brought 1/4 of the total attendence respect to those 5 who travelled a fair distance!
Morecambe FC - It's time to believe.

There were a few mishaps:

Ha well, good effort from the boys. Win on Monday and we really will be in with a shout. :D

Still, at least they left the ground happy and part way home too.

And if you need reminding:
