So how did that work out then?

No doubt the clowns posting in this thread will be backing Morecambe on Saturday?! Typical fickle fans.

I will always support Morecambe but I am not fickle nor am I a clown, my opinion of the management will stay the same, my opinion of the current captain will stay the same.

They must change, they are not what's best for Morecambe FC

Yes it was a great result at Chesterfield BUT it is still one win in the last ten matches.

Like myself you are entitled to your opinion but there is no need for name calling, thats just immature.

Anyones opinion changed now?
I've said right from the start, Sammy is the one for us. Thats 2 wins on the bounce now and not taking anything away from the players performances but sammys tactics have been spot on. COLEMAN IN!! zzzzzZzzzZzZZZzz

In sammy we trust.

Yeah for now!!

If IMO he had started this formation and the right team earlier in the season we would of been in a play off position now, Sammy has made big mistakes this season but I for one hope he proves me wrong now and gets us in the top half of the table! :D

Posh wrote:Fair point Keith. However the ownership situation means his contract is next to worthless. Eric Whalley is still the club's owner and won't give it up; David O'Neill thinks he owns it but doesn't; and Ilyas Khan wants to own it but can't get his hands on it. If the situation isn't resolved in the summer and Coley has to sell again then he may be tempted to leave. Under Khan he'd get money to spend. However he must be ambitious and he could well be tempted away by us or another club looking for someone who brings through good young players consistently, gets value from his budget and gives a club relative solidity with attractive football.

Ilyas Khan , the horses mouth IMO, has just been on Radio Lancs confirming that Whalley has now handed over his shares to O'Neill, as was agreed ages ago. O'Neill has handed them to Khan for safe keeping so Khan is in charge. The Clubs Creditors will now be paid, including the players and the staff. If not paying the players their wage in full and then they all turn up, play their hearts out and hammer Hereford 4.0, then maybe that it the answer!

Khan wants a group of "owners" rather than one person who basically may cock it all up! He will hand over the reigns when he fels fit, unless of course (in his words) "he gets run over by a bus tomorrow!

Accy are in a much better position after today IMO
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think
