Bradford's keeper could also be out Saturday. Maybe we should agree to just have outfield players. Didn't realise just how far Jimmy skewed his shot at the end, he really needs smaller boots! 8-)

Well it didn't look good on the night but we were a good distance away, however having seen it again on the video it only confirms that he should have saved it.

Yes he should have saved it, it was probably a nervous debut.
Maybe more a tactical fault he was in the goal in the first place.

...........also, we should have scored a couple of goals!? Is that the keepers fault?

Give him a chance, even though he should not be in the first eleven, but again, not his fault.
I still believe!

No! the defence did their job, they were not at fault :!:

Our strikers had a couple of good chances, and didn't score. Thats not the keeper's fault.

Maybe it was the balls fault then.

We need to give the lad a chance - he has had a shocker of a debut no doubt!!! - his confidence will be in tatters.

But if the crowd are on his back on Saturday - thats going to do his confidence a world of good and make another mistake even more likely. We need to forget about it, get behind the lad and hopefully lift his confidence.

Best thing we can do is a massive cheer on Saturday when teams are read out.

Everybody on this board thinks Joe Lewis is a great keeper - but he has had some absolute shockers this season!!!!. Things happen (particularly if you are a goalie) - best thing we can do is forget it and move on.

Anyon has to play and he has to be given a rousing reception. Barry was hated at Chesterfield and left with his confidence in tatters. One of the reasons why he stayed with us is because of the way he's been treated here. Joe is our keeper while Baz is out, so let's support him as much as we did Barry and hope he puts what has gone before, out of his mind.

As for Walker, I personally would have played him for a couple of games while Barry is injured and if I was him, I'd be looking for a new club already. But its not Joe Anyon's fault that Walker wasn't given the chance, so I hope people don't blame him. 100% support for every Morecambe player.
