Yes but look who he signed, f**king Konchesky for instance, I ask you. He had to go, Rafa may not have left things "tickety-boo" but RH has just dragged them down & down until the board had no option.

To be fair Liverpool have been serving up some really awful football this season. They've become the sort of team that when you're checking out the upcoming Super Sunday games on Sky Sports and they're on, you ask the missus if she fancies going out for lunch.

the owners left liverpool in the state they are, buying cheap replacements instead of investing in proper talent and paying the correct money for them.
Roy did his best but wasn't good enough, the king has returned!
Get over it ;)

I was quite enjoying their slide into obscurity.

Roy Hodgson is a good manager, but I guess just not right for Liverpool. Could do well at West Ham though if Avram Grant gets the boot too. Hodgson's exit might be the catalyst for Grant to go.

Feel sorry for Roy but it just wasn't happening for him I think his tactics are more suited to a lower/mid table team where they are more defensive and trying to nick the odd win. At Lpool he needs to be more attacking to break teams down.

Not convinced about Kenny though it's like Ncastle always wanting Shearer and he has been out of the game along time.

i think the first thing KD will do is go back to basics and get LFC back playing there more traditional short passing game(triangle passing)

the quality of football as been garbage under Roy

I'd heard that there was a clause in Roy's contract that meant when new owners came in if they wanted their own man, he would have to step down.
